Julie's 29+ years in the industry have made it possible for her to work on all sizes and almost every type of litigation include patent infringement, theft of trade secrets, class-action law suits, medical malpractice, First Amendment, breach of contract, criminal, bank fraud, merger and acquisition litigation, environmental, junk bonds, and oil & gas, for example.

History |
Julie’s career began with inData Corporation where she was part of the team responsible for the launch of TrialDirector, the industry’s #1 trial presentation software. During that time, she also created the first courtroom automation company in the country, designing and installing electronic evidence presentation systems. The company was the first to permanently automate 17 courtrooms in the country with electronic evidence presentation systems. Julie spent much of her early years working with law firms and corporate clients who were having their data processed and managed for use in databases such as Summation and Concordance.
Julie began providing training and consulting on database programs in 1998. Summation considered her one of their “Great Eight” trainers. As a “Great Eight” trainer Julie had to train and certify new Summation trainers when the iBlaze version of Summation was released. Julie was also responsible for a large portion of CT Summation's Enterprise program Help system as well as the rewrite of the CT Summation LG program Help system. Julie has also provided extensive training and consulting on Concordance. In 1998 and 1999, Julie also worked with professors at UNH School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center) to incorporate training on programs such as Summation, TrialDirector, and Sanction® Trial Presentation software into their trial advocacy curriculum. During that time, she also worked for the Federal Courts innovating and deploying evidence presentation systems. Sitting on the committee at the Administrative Offices of the Federal Courts in Washington, DC to review and award contracts for the installation of evidence presentation systems across the country. |
